Our affordable senior residential housing building in lower Poughkeepsie NY has reached a milestone! The aerial photo was taken on July 9th. Note the flag on the elevator tower in celebration of the building's "Topping Off". The highest point of the building has been achieved!

Dutchess County has found a path forward to approve the HOPE Center in Poughkeepsie — and Tinkelman Architecture is proud to be part of making it happen.

TA's affordable senior residential housing building in lower Poughkeepsie NY is really taking form with the completion of the structural steel podium base/first floor. The beams define the perimeter of the building while the stair towers indicate the overall height of the building to be completed.

We are pleased to share the news of a DRI award for Mount Carmel Pelton Manor project in Poughkeepsie which consists of the revitalization and repurposing of the historic Pelton Manor and the construction five new multi-family structures on the site, forming a campus-like environment for modern living in 46 dwelling units. The new buildings will complement and contrast with the Pelton Manor by their innovative use of historical details and the building’s shape, scale and proportions.
