Karl J. Birnbrauer Construction is the best of the best. If you can imagine contractors that do perfect work, you’ve found your dream team. My husband is disabled and needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom in addition to a nice laundry room for myself. After explaining to Karl what we needed, he drew up blueprints that far exceeded our expectations.
My excitement grew day by day as I watched the team go from demolition to completing my beautiful bathroom and laundry room. They cleaned up everyday so as not to leave me with a mess.
They not only respect you they respect your home. Karl employs a team of three, Mike, Paul, and his son Dalton. Each one has his own set of knowledgeable skills so when they put all of that together they can provide the homeowner with years of experience knowing what works in different situations.
They always kept me informed about where they were in our project and what was to come day by day. My confidence in them never wavered. I felt so taken care of! Their knowledge of building something from scratch is nothing but exceptional.
This team is also enjoyable to be around bc they have a very high work ethic along with their positive energy which made them a joy to have in my home.
My renovation was completed the first week of December 2025 and I still miss them!
