Our team had the opportunity to showcase the Bosch Home Comfort IDS Edge alongside 150+ vendors, highlighting the latest innovations in plumbing, heating, and HVAC/R.

It was a great event filled with industry connections, new technology, and plenty of opportunities to connect with contractors and professionals across the industry!

Sam Maxwell, Paul Thieberger, and Shawn Nixon hosted a Bosch USA IDS Training at R.E. Michel Company in Fredericksburg, VA.

During the training, they covered IDS installation best practices, service procedures, and troubleshooting techniques to help technicians maximize system performance and deliver exceptional indoor comfort and energy efficiency for their customers.

The session also highlighted the importance of protecting HVAC systems from power surges, voltage brownouts, and overvoltage conditions with the ICM 493 and Sentry 3-in-1 surge protector/voltage monitor.

Training is selling!

Thank you to R.E. Michel Company LLC for hosting Keystone Sales & Associates in Fredericksburg, VA.

We wrapped up last week at Johnstone Supply in Little River, powered by Bojangles biscuit sandwiches, helping the team at LHT Cooling Heating & Refrig Inc get caught up on Bosch IDS training.

In addition to the extensive material we covered on Bosch Home Comfort IDS systems and ICM Controls, Shawn Nixon also introduced the group to several impressive products from Elitech Smart Tools, including an electronic refrigerant scale, refrigerant leak detector, portable vacuum, digital manifold, and a rotatable wireless temperature probe, all shown in the photo below.

It was a great week supporting our distributor partners and helping ensure contractors in the field are confident and comfortable working with the Bosch product line.

This month, we're shining the spotlight on Lance Smith, who has been with Keystone Sales & Associates for 7 months!

Lance's favorite part of the job is traveling throughout the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina and South Carolina while providing solutions for distributors and dealers.

When he's not on the road, you can find him on the golf course or spending time in the mountains or on the farm with his wife and son. ⛳🏔️
