Before the cold hits, it's smart to know your furnace is ready.

This week in Pottstown, our tech went through a full preventative maintenance visit on a gas furnace — checking the gas valve, inspecting the burner assembly, and making sure everything in the mechanical room was running the way it should heading into winter.

October is the right time to do this. Catching a small issue now is a lot easier than dealing with a no-heat call in January.

What a great day to be out in the field. The Rapid Air HVAC crew was busy today running TX valve replacements from Allentown all the way out to Plymouth Meeting — getting systems back in shape before the heat really settles in.

Heating and cooling upgrade in Boyertown, PA!

Rapid Air HVAC installed a TOSOT mini split heat pump system in this Boyertown twin home, featuring five indoor heads connected to two outdoor units. This ductless heating and cooling system delivers year-round comfort with individual temperature control in different areas of the home.

For a clean, finished appearance, we covered the exterior refrigerant lines with Slimduct line set covers, helping protect the lines and keeping the installation neat along the outside of the house.

The homeowner wanted to upgrade to a system that provided both heating and air conditioning, and financing through our GoodLeap partnership helped make it possible. Rapid Air HVAC also offers financing through Synchrony, subject to credit approval.

A fresh start for a new homeowner in Bensalem! 🏡

Rapid Air HVAC recently completed a major upgrade to this home’s heating, cooling, and hot water systems—and the work went well beyond replacing equipment.

Our team installed all new ductwork, including supply runs, the main trunk, plenums, and returns. Proper ductwork is the foundation of a comfortable home, helping deliver conditioned air to each room and providing a clear path back to the system.

We paired that new ductwork with an American Standard two-stage, 96% efficient gas furnace, a new AC system, and a matching evaporator coil. Two-stage heating allows the furnace to operate at a lower output during milder weather and step up when temperatures drop, helping provide more consistent comfort.

To complete the project, we installed an American Standard 50-gallon natural gas power vent water heater.
