Jay Hakun called us in on a questionable stone veneer.. Multiple cracks around the stones and water stains on the inside windowsills were sure signs of remediation. After removing the stone and finding the wire lathe rusted beyond beleive, there was also no proper flashing around the windows. Jay Hakun and crew came back in to replace the rotten wood and replace and reset windows. Once they completed, we got back to putting a new real stone veneer in place. With plenty of flashing, drainage plane and v***r barriers to make sure this house never sees a leak again!

Customer had a porch that was patched on patch on patch with rotted wood and cracks. Time to strip it down, replace rotted wood, add v***r barrier, a true drainage plane down to the ground and get it stuccoed back up!

Lahabra stucco was as close to the house as we could get. Homeowner plans on a color match of a breathable elastomeric paint when it is time.

This chimney had a tree fall on it and needed to be replaced. Once it was taken down to the roofline, the wear and weather was obvious on the stone underneath. After cleaning up and strengthening the stone, glen gerry #55 were used to rebuild with a nice strong squirrel cage. A turtle (circled in pic) even stopped by for a look!
