Removed the old dated vinyl wall panels, waterproofed and install ceramic tile. Looks so much better & way more waterproof.

Fixed up a covered porch that was sagging in a corner due to terrible workmanship. Added 6x6 post to carry roof load correctly, reframed floor and put on 5/4 treated wood decking. Now will stand for years safely.

Never too early to book interior work for fall/winter. Waiting too long will make it more diffcult to find openings as they fill fast just like the summer went by. Thanks to all my customers, without you this wouldnt be possible.

Replaced shingles roof with metal roofing and updated the siding. Looks more modern and updated. Great customers once again.

2 patio doors turned into 2 picture windows. Casement windows with traps added to bring in more natural light. Also 5 other windows replaced and 1 patio door.
