I had to take a moment to give another shoutout to an amazing company: North Idaho Integrative Medicine!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Kimberly has such a kind and caring heart for helping people. She loves this community and it shows in everything she does — from the top-quality care to the amazing products they offer at the clinic.

Today, we had a mishap at work and my son cut himself. I wasn’t sure how severe it was, so I reached out to Kimberly to ask if she could possibly help or if we should take him to urgent care. I already knew firsthand the level of care she puts into helping people after seeing her work on Logan’s finger last year, so I was really hoping she would be able to help my son.

She responded quickly and said, “Get him here, I’ll help him if I can.” Then she texted again to let me know she was prepping and ready for him to arrive. I had tears in my eyes reading her messages because I knew 100% that she would take good care of him.

Urgent care can sometimes feel so transactional, and it can be hard to know if you’ll find someone who truly cares. But Kimberly and her staff are an incredible group of people. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care mean so much.

I am so grateful and blessed to have “bumped into” Kimberly last year. Thank you so much for saving the day!
