Last week we were at Eastern Washington University laying down a flawless new track around their iconic red turf. There is nothing quite like the contrast of fresh, smooth asphalt against that vibrant Roos Field!

Poe Asphalt Paving is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual ready to start a career in the diesel and heavy equipment industry.

No experience? No problem — we’ll train the right person.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
-Assist mechanics in the shop
-Help with oil changes, tire checks & basic repairs
-Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
-Pick up parts and support daily operations

💪 What We’re Looking For:
-Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
-Reliable and shows up on time
-Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active
-Interest in mechanics or heavy equipment
