From left to right: Juliana LaVe', Lisa Baxter, Raven Mullins, and Shelby Naccarato. All four of these ladies are standout Ironworkers out of Local 14. Over the course of two years at one of our biggest projects- Darigold in Pasco, Washington, they each helped bring the project to the finish line. Juliana spent time running a precast er****on gang, Lisa and Raven were two of the most consistent welders, and Shelby is a hard working apprentice with a willingness to learn. A big shout out and a thank you to these hard working women.

Data centers all across the U.S. choose precast concrete as a building envelope for a reason.

Precast offers durability, efficiency, renewable materials, and exceptional resistance to weather and fire—while allowing for fast er****on and long-term performance.

For mission-critical facilities where reliability matters, precast delivers.

Precision Precast Erectors brings experienced crews and proven installation to every project. On most data centers, a team of 7-8 properly trained workers can set anywhere from 120-180 linear feet of wall in a day! Vern T and his team knocked this one out of the park.

We're setting our sights on 2026. With the new year right around the corner, it's an opportunity for setting goals, resolutions and commitments. This is something we do well before the start of the new year for the entire team- planned trainings for all of the present and future foreman and superintendents, sales and safety goals, and project performance reviews. If you fail to plan, it's a plan to fail. We hope everyone out there had an amazing 2025, and we look forward to seeing you all in 2026! Remember to take a moment as we all come back to work on the new year to re-focus from the holiday weekend- and have a safe 2026!

To everyone in the trades- and to all of your families, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We know there are so many of you out there that spend so much time on the road, working away from your families to provide for them- so enjoy every second of the holiday time off with your loved ones. Stay safe out there! Cheers!

Throwback to 2023- Athey Creek Middle School in Oregon. The majority of the shell of this school was precast concrete with a unique vertical brick inlay. This type of precast can be tricky- with so many brick joints that need to align with each subsequent panel, we really have to look ahead, be precise, and execute at a high level to make it all come together. Shout out to all of the ironworkers, laborers and operators who help us to keep

It's Thanksgiving week! We hope everyone gets to spend much needed time with friends and family over the holidays. Just a reminder to keep your mind on task at work- accidents tend to see an uptick before and after holidays. And don't drink and drive- you could end up in a precast jail cell!

We recently completed a data center in northern Nevada. Over the last few years, PPE has worked with several fabricators and GC's all accross the western united states on a variety of different data centers, all with their own unique challenges. On this particular project, overhead obstructions prevented the team from erecting several pieces with our crane- we had to think outside the box. A 70T forklift was sourced and used to erect several pieces of precast in a safe, but unorthodox manner. No matter the challenge, Precision Precast Erectors has the right people to tackle it, and deliver your project safe, on time, and at the lowest total cost. Guaranteed.

The Ritz Carlton in downtown Portland- this job highlighted several strengths of Precision Precast Erectors... This was an architectural cladding job, with product supplied by Northwest Precast. Busy city streets meant erecting all of this stone during night shift, adding difficulty to an already complex structure. The knowledge and experience of PPE's team was crucial in dialing in these multi-faceted cladding pieces, and the job was also used as a tool to help train and advance some of our key people. The communication, teamwork, and attention to detail all combined to deliver a beautiful end result.

Ironworkers, Laborers and Cement Masons chime in if you worked here for Precision Precast Erectors! The Darigold project in Pasco, Washington was one of the largest projects PPE has taken on to date- setting thousands of pieces of precast over the span of two years. We couldn't have done it without the skilled labor from Local 14, 29, and 86 IW's, and the countless laborers and masons from all over Washington. This project highlighted several strengths of Precision Precast- our leadership, personnel development, and problem solving for our clients all came together to deliver both quality and value. Thanks to both Missoula Precast and Miron Construction for the opportunity.

It's not often we set precast INSIDE of a building- to do so often requires means and methods we don't employ on a daily basis. At Swedish North in Seattle, Washington, Precision Precast's team came up with a unique beam-and-trolley system that was suspended under the deck and used to trip and install architectural panels on the entrance ramp. Other interior panels were hung from the floor above using a gantry and core drilling through the floor below. From planning to ex*****on, this was a team effort that highlighted the creativity, safety, and value that PPE brings to every job.

Another successful project in the books! This parking garage for Lexus of Vancouver included 603 pieces of precast- beams, double T's, columns, spandrels, shear walls and stairs. At nearly 13 pieces erected a day, our team safely beat the scheduled duration by 3 days. Thanks to Vern Trantum, the project lead, Knife River, and Perlo Construction for all executing at a high level.
