🚧 PROJECT SHOWCASE: LAKEFRONT 3-STORY DECK TRANSFORMATION 🚧
Not every deck build comes with a view like this—and not every deck build comes with the challenges that this one did.
Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene, this three-story deck project required careful planning from day one. Limited access to the property and the height of the structure meant traditional construction methods weren't enough. To safely and efficiently complete the build, we brought in a crane to lift posts and beams into position, allowing our crew to construct the framework with precision.
The finished deck features Deckorators decking in Tundra, accented with a Dark Slate picture frame that creates a bold, refined contrast. The combination complements the lakefront setting while providing the durability needed for years of enjoyment.
To help preserve the customer's investment, we incorporated their existing cable railing into the new design, giving the project a fresh look while reusing quality materials already on site.
Additional improvements included a dedicated hot tub deck with a custom privacy wall, creating a secluded retreat to relax and take in the views. We also repaired several sections of the stairs leading down to the lake, ensuring safe and reliable access to the waterfront.
