This is how it's done! Well, this is how it's done correctly. Attention to detail and no corners cut. Most importantly, I can guarantee there will not be a call back to fix popped, cracked or heavy lipped tiles. And for all the pros, there is not a single low point in the entire patio that would pool water. Thanks to B24 and some hard work in direct sunlight topping 97° with 80% humidity. Just another day doing what I do! It's been about 60 days on this room but it is exactly what the homeowner envisioned. Can't wait to get the floor done, move in the wine refrigerators (3 of them) and show this wine cave off to the neighbors.

From a gutted garage to a 3 bed/2bath lake house. 1 guy 4 months. Not a single sub touched this home and the inspector was impressed.
