-Remove old trim and paneling
- strip wallpaper
- remove old drywall in section, re insulated and drywall
- convert old storage space into updated useable storage- custom closet and doors
- relocate heating remove old window instal lvl heder , 6’x7’ slider
- new trim and Crownmolding

Big deck job the last 3 1/2 weeks . Mike and I crushed this bad boy , gutted the old mahogany decking r replaced it with 5/4x6 mahogany screwed and bunged the entire deck , ripped out the old rotted railings replaced them with 2x6 mahogany top rail and 4x4 posts - stainless wire instead of balusters . New PVC trim all around as well.

Major kitchen, dinning room and living room overhaul . Removed existing wall between kitchen and dinning room as well as the load bearing wall leading into the living room . We installed a double LVL 10”x16’ long . New laminate flooring . Beautdul shanker dtyle cabinets from Riverhead Building Supply . Findingsd off this renovation a gorgeous quartz countertop . All baseboard and door trim was replaced with natural pine to be clear coated at a later date. All in all not a bad 60 hr project.
