This Portsmouth home had quite a bit going on beneath the surface, sections of rotted and split siding and trim, along with colors the homeowners had been wanting to change for a long time. The back deck's stain had also started peeling, leaving the wood exposed.

An on-site color consultation helped the homeowners land on a fresh palette before any work began. Damaged siding was replaced with new 8" cedar clapboard, and damaged trim was swapped out for AZEK.

Here's the palette that brought it all together:
๐ŸŽจ Siding: Coventry Gray HC-169, a warm, muted gray, painted with Ultra Spec Exterior
๐ŸŽจ Trim: Chantilly Lace OC-65, a soft, bright white
๐ŸŽจ Shutters: Jet Black 2120-10, a deep, true black
๐ŸŽจ Front Door: Kalamata AF-630, a rich, dark olive
๐Ÿชต Back Deck: Amherst Gray HC-167, a warm gray Woodluxe Solid Stain

A full exterior repaint brought this Portsmouth home and its new garage together with one clean, cohesive finish.

Shoji White refreshed the siding and trim, while Balanced Beige added warmth to the doors. The result is brighter, polished, and properly protected for the seasons ahead.

Your house just made it through another New England summer, heat, humidity, a storm or two, the usual pollen and bugs finding every little crack. It handled it. But that kind of season leaves marks, even when you can't see them yet.

A quick fix will get you through today, sure. But it won't always get you through next winter, and deep down, we think your home deserves better than "good enough for now."
