Part-Time Assistant Position

We are HIRING and looking for a part-time assistant. Successful candidate needs to be energetic and willing to help grow our business, and improve our client's experience before, during, and after the close of the sale.

Must be an organized, efficient & detail-oriented multi-tasker, have excellent verbal communication and creative writing skills, be tech and social media savvy, plus be able to work as part of a Team!
Experience a plus, but not required!
No selling involved but must enjoy helping and interacting with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing clients, their files, inventory & databases to create raving fans! Also: input data into digital files, prepare for coordinate, develop and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar, prepare presentations, help write emails and other marketing materials, enhance our social media presence, generally run an office in an efficient & productive manner.

We need someone that will support our mission, help enhance our professional image, improve our client's overall experience! If you know a shortcut, a trick, a faster way to do things, a nicer way to display something, a more creative document to use with clients, I encourage you to share your ideas.
