What you’ll do: answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, schedule and dispatch technicians, set clear expectations using our script, collect payments, manage multiple phone lines, and keep the daily schedule moving smoothly. We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys excellent customer service, is organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced office, communicates clearly, and works well with others, can stay calm under pressure, and preferably has ServiceTitan experience. Position details: in office in Portsmouth, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pay $35,000 to $40,000 per year based on experience.
