In the mid-1990s, Ivy Young joined the company as a field technician and survey party chief, working her way through the ranks to become President and CEO. Under her leadership, Frontier continued to build a reputation as one of Texas' most trusted surveying firms.

In 2025, Frontier Surveying entered an exciting new chapter when it became part of Costa Brava Engineering, combining decades of surveying excellence with expanded engineering resources and capabilities.
