We were back at Compass Oncology's new Northwest Center in Slabtown yesterday for a photoshoot with Sally Painter.

We designed this renovation to create a welcoming, functional space for patients, families, and caregivers. More photos coming soon!

We're officially in the home stretch at Salud Medical Clinic in Woodburn. It's been rewarding to watch this renovation come together one phase at a time. Thanks to Kaufman for sharing the progress. We can't wait to see the final phase complete and the refreshed clinic serving the community for years to come.

With the weather heating up today, it feels like the perfect time to share a few photos from our ice cream social last week.

We invited our PSU Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) team to stop by, grab some ice cream, and just hang out for a bit. The weather was a lot cooler then, but it was a good excuse to take a break and spend some time together outside of project meetings.

Thanks to everyone who joined us. It was great seeing everyone outside the usual work setting.

It's exciting to see years of planning and design come to life at Adventist Health Tillamook.

These latest images showcase the $18 million surgical expansion designed by Clark/Kjos and constructed by Skanska. The project replaces aging infrastructure, addresses long-standing foundation issues, and expands surgical capacity with four new operating rooms and a sterile processing department, all while allowing the hospital to continue caring for patients throughout construction.

We're proud to be part of this investment in the Tillamook community.

FIFA's hydration breaks are a good reminder that everyone performs better with an occasional pause...including architects. ⚽ We've been taking a few minutes away from deadlines to catch some of the matches, cheer on our favorite teams, and celebrate the occasional GOOOAAALLL!

One of our favorite parts of the Compass Oncology project isn't just inside the building.

Located in one of East Portland's busiest commercial corridors, creating a meaningful connection to nature was a key part of our design. We wanted patients and staff to have a place to step outside, take a walk, and experience a moment of calm during the day.

We recently photographed the landscaping progress and we're excited to watch it grow over the coming seasons. Thank you to DELA Landscape Architecture for helping bring this vision to life.

We're excited to welcome Grace McCracken to the Clark/Kjos team.

As a licensed architect and LEED Green Associate, Grace is already contributing to our work on MultiCare's Off Campus Emergency Department in Renton. She also joins our Document Quality Committee, where she'll help strengthen the standards, tools, and processes that support consistent, high quality project delivery.

We're excited to have her expertise and perspective on the team and look forward to the impact she'll make. Welcome to CKA!

A couple of weeks ago, our team joined the Samaritan Scramble for a great day on the course and an even better cause.

We're proud to support this event each year. Together, sponsors, golfers, and volunteers helped raise more than $158,000 for Samaritan's Patient Support Fund, helping patients access the care and resources they need.
