PORTLAND

We took this house down to the exterior studs. We rerouted plumbing under the slab and reworked the entire footprint. New heating systems with an ERV and Ditra heat floors, powered almost 100% by the new solar system. New windows, kitchen, siding, bathrooms and floors. New garage with EV chargers and solar battery storage- this house is efficient. And, it looks pretty sexy. Hardscape by Mainely Digs to tie it all together. 🤌🏼

We pulled this one down to the studs and are in the process of putting it back together. Everything is new except some exterior framing.

New heating system and ERV will be powered by solar. New floorplan. New garage with storage above. Radiant floors throughout. New Marvin windows. Super-insulated with closed-cell spray foam to hold heat in the winter and cool in the summer.

Tile, kitchen, and finish is right around the corner. Stay tuned.
