This month, we're proud to celebrate Affordable Housing Month, a month to recognize the importance of building safe, high-quality places to call home that remain attainable for working families, seniors, and underserved communities. From preconstruction planning and value engineering to workforce connection and schedule management, TCON is proud to be one of the many contractors to help turn funding and initiatives into real homes that strengthen neighborhoods and support economic growth. This month is also important to highlight the skilled tradespeople and project teams whose work helps expand housing access while building resilient communities for future generations. To our trade partners, thank you for helping us in our mission to Do Good Work building affordable housing. TCON Construction is proud to have over 300 units of affordable housing in the ground, with more coming down the pipeline this year. Excited to be here!
