Thinking About Removing Your Bathtub?

A tub-to-shower conversion is one of the most popular bathroom upgrades.

If getting in and out of the tub has become difficult—or you simply want a shower that's easier to use and easier to clean—it may be the perfect solution.

And if you'd still like a bathtub, many homeowners simply keep one in another bathroom.

Unexpected shouldn’t mean unexplained.

Before a bathroom remodel begins, an experienced team can evaluate the visible conditions and build a clear scope of work. But some problems may remain hidden behind a wall, beneath a shower, or under the flooring.

The most important promise isn’t that nothing unexpected will ever be found. It’s that you’ll know what happens if it is.

Five Star Bath Solutions follows a clear Unknowns Protocol:

We pause. We assess and document the condition. We show you what we found and explain what it means. Then we review your options, clarify any effect on the project, and receive your approval before moving forward.

You remain informed. You remain involved. And the work continues with a clear plan.

That’s what remodeling transparency should look like.

A bathroom can look perfectly fine on the surface while hiding water damage, aging plumbing, or work that wasn’t done correctly the first time.

That’s why the real measure of a remodeling company isn’t whether something unexpected is found. It’s how the company responds when it is.

At Five Star Bath Solutions, we pause and help you understand:
• What we found
• Why it matters
• What your options are
• How each option may affect the project

If additional work is recommended, we explain it and receive your approval before moving forward.

You shouldn’t be left wondering what changed or why. You should have clear information, honest answers, and control over what happens next.

The best remodeling decisions happen when everything finally makes sense.

Most homeowners don't remodel very often.

So it's normal to have questions.

"What would this look like?"

"Which options fit our budget?"

"What's the difference between these materials?"

"What do we actually need?"

A good consultation isn't about convincing you to buy something.

It's about helping you understand your choices so you can make a decision that feels right for your home and your family.

Because when you have clear answers, confidence usually follows.

And that's a much better way to start a remodeling project.

You don't need all the answers before you start.

One of the biggest myths about remodeling is that you have to know exactly what you want before talking with a contractor.

You don't.

Maybe you know your shower is difficult to clean.
Maybe stepping over the tub is getting harder.
Maybe your bathroom just doesn't fit your life anymore.

That's enough.

Our job is to listen, understand what's important to you, and help you explore solutions that make sense for your home, your budget, and your goals.

The best remodeling projects don't start with perfect plans.

They start with an honest conversation.
