Sometimes those are the people who need someone to check in the most.
Life gets busy. We’re all juggling work, family, responsibilities, and our own struggles. But it only takes a few seconds to send a text, make a phone call, or simply ask, “Hey, how are you REALLY doing?”
And when you ask, take the time to listen.
