This historic home only had 2 (not very functional) bathrooms in the 4 level home so we rearranged and absorbed some oddly divided mini rooms on the second floor to create 2 nice sized bathrooms one being this en suite bath off the guest bedroom at our NW Thurman remodel. We love the soft blue tile mixed with the stone checkered pattern on the floor.

This single family home is a modern interpretation of a traditional craftsman home in downtown Whitefish, MT. A warm material palette gives the home a welcoming curb appeal. The home opens up to a central kitchen/living/dining space on the main level. This central space flows out to the backyard to create a great opportunities for indoor-outdoor living in a residential neighborhood setting.

The entry at HILO, A single family home located just outside of Bigfork, MT near a meandering river. While the home is not located in a flood plain, the site is adjacent to one. Given this site condition, one of the client’s requests was to have the main volume of the house sit off the ground. This move allowed for the design to take better advantage of surrounding views and creates a treehouse feel to the home.
