We have a HUGE announcement to make. One that we have been waiting to share for a few years now. There will be much more information to come, but we for now...drumroll. šŸ„

We officially have a NON PROFIT geared towards middle housing. The Build Forward Foundation has been approved as a non-profit to research and develop beautiful, permanently affordable (sustainable) middle housing, i.e. the housing gap.

We have a million ideas and thoughts that we canā€™t wait to share with you as we move forward with this. But for now we wanted to let you in on what weā€™ve been up to. We are so thankful to be able to have this opportunity to serve our community. šŸ 

The Build Forward Foundation is a completely separate company than Build Forward Construction, so as always, we are still here to provide beautiful builds as well, whether itā€™s an exterior update, a full blown remodel, a new build, or anything else in between. šŸ› ļø

Itā€™s no secret the Irvington Street Bath is one of our favorite projects, but how much would you love a warm soak in this bath after a chilly October day?

THE VIEWšŸ‘€. Ok, but itā€™s not just the view. This home is being built not just to capture this million dollar view of the Tualatin River, itā€™s being built to utilize an existing dock on the property. We raised it high for the views and then a few quick steps down the path, and šŸ’„boom! Sitting on the dock with toes in the water. Sigh. In love.
This is a great example of a new build from existing plans.
