Do you have a self piercing valve or plastic ice maker supply line? This may be your sign to replace them before it’s too late. Self piercing valves are not code compliant and plastic supply lines crack. They both can cause a lot of water damage in a short amount of time

Are you ever completely confident about the first time you test out a new Saniflo macerating pump system? I have a bit of paranoia because of a customer who called us to repair her pump. She claimed that it wouldn’t run and didn’t mention that her friend had disassembled the discharge line and hadn’t tightened it back together. She instructed us to flush the toilet and we would see the issue. After complying with her instruction, the discharge popped apart and pump blew water all over the bathroom 🤢
