For the past 10 years, Jen has helped shape not only the spaces we design, but also the culture of our firm through her creativity, leadership, mentorship, and genuine care for others. As CIDA's Interior Design Manager, she leads with kindness, collaboration, and a commitment to helping both clients and team members succeed.

Whether she's guiding a project team, mentoring the next generation of designers, or giving back to the community, Jen brings thoughtfulness and positivity to everything she does. We're proud to have been part of a remarkable community effort to support the Ballou family through Catalyst Northwest's DEEP Project. ❤️🏠

Over the past year, volunteers, local businesses, and community partners came together to complete critical home repairs, improve energy efficiency, and help create a safer, healthier home for Steve Ballou and his family. CIDA was honored to contribute volunteer support alongside so many generous organizations dedicated to making a lasting difference. The project is a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to care for its neighbors. 💙🤝✨

What a transformation! 🐾✨

On Sunday, Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Tualatin and VDIC celebrated their newly remodeled spaces with an Open House. CIDA Senior Associate Architect Rebecca Kerr, LEED AP BD+C, joined the celebration and had the opportunity to reflect on just how far the space has come over the years.

We’re proud to have been part of its evolution and loved seeing the refreshed clinic ready for its next chapter! 💙

🏗️ Exciting progress at Seton Catholic College Prep! The steel is now going up for the new Multi-Sport Practice Facility, bringing this much-anticipated project one step closer to completion.

The new 4,600 SF facility is designed to support a wide range of athletic programs throughout the year, featuring flexible training space for baseball and softball batting/pitching tunnels, wrestling, golf simulation, cheer practice, and general conditioning. The facility will also serve as a team room, creating additional opportunities for student-athletes to train, connect, and grow.

As the first phase of planned campus expansions focused on supporting every student, this new facility will be ready just in time for winter training and sports. We can't wait to see it in action!
