๐ฅ A few weeks ago this was a burned-out shell.
This 10,000 SF warehouse on Killingsworth in Portland had suffered a full burn-out. No roof. Compromised structure. Utilities beyond salvage.
Today, it looks very different.
๐๏ธ The structural backbone is back in place.
Concrete, new heavy timber posts and beams engineered wood framing, and precision structural connections have brought the building back to life. What was once open sky is now stabilized, squared, and structurally sound โ ready for the next phase of construction.
Now the project shifts from structure to systems.
Over the next several weeks our trade partners will begin installing:
โก Primary electrical service and distribution
๐ฟ Fire sprinkler rough ins across the new ceiling plane
๐ฌ๏ธ Plumbing and HVAC systems
๐จ Fire alarm infrastructure
๐ง๏ธ Storm tie-ins and underground utilities
๐งฑ Exterior wall framing and siding
๐ข Insulation, drywall, and interior build-out
The sequencing is deliberate: slab cure โ stack rough ins โ inspections โ close in the building.
No wasted motion. Every trade coordinated. A short time ago this site was mud, ash, and daylight.
Now itโs structure, direction, and momentum.
