⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from Dan, We love 5* reviews!!

Two bathrooms, full remodel — cabinets, flooring, a walk-in shower in the master, new tub in the hall bath, asbestos remediation, plus lighting and new fans. And we kept a working bathroom in the house the whole time.

Thanks Dan for the kind words. Credit to Christian and Bruce for a clean, on-point job.

Small bathroom remodels can make a big difference!

This bathroom received a simple but complete update featuring modern subway tile, natural Marmoleum flooring, a maple vanity with a quartz countertop, fresh paint, and a sliding shower door that works perfectly in the smaller space.

At Advanced Construction PDX, we’re happy to take on smaller remodels too. You don’t need a huge space or a major renovation to create a bathroom that feels fresh, functional, and inviting.

What happens when a home needs more than just one room updated? This NE Portland whole-home remodel transformed the property from the outside in, creating a more cohesive, functional, and updated living environment across all three levels.

From the main level to the upstairs and downstairs, the project included exterior improvements, a redesigned kitchen, updated bathrooms, and thoughtfully renovated living spaces—all while maintaining a connection to the home's original character.

It’s a great example of how a whole-home remodel can bring consistency and new life to an existing home without losing what made it special in the first place.

One of our favorite plumbers, Randy with LOVETT Inc. installing new supply lines for this bathroom sink. Soldering copper water lines is a skill that takes experience, proper preparation, and attention to detail. A clean, well-soldered joint helps provide years of reliable, leak-free performance.

That’s why it’s so important to hire licensed plumbers and contractors when working on your home. Proper training, code compliance, and quality workmanship protect your investment and help prevent costly repairs down the road.

At Advanced Construction PDX, we believe doing the job right the first time is always worth it.

Just wrapped up this bathroom with a classic black-and-white checkerboard glue-down LVP floor. When installed over a properly prepared subfloor, it’s a durable, long-lasting option that looks great too.
What do you think of the checkerboard look? Thanks to our friends Contract Furnishings Mart for the beautiful product!
