Pre-listing small updates to a cute small home in NE Portland.




Framed in and finished two small bedroom closets and a small wall to hide stove from living room view… then 2-3 coats of new paint floor to ceiling… also tore out an old formica countertop and installed new 3/4 sheeting, and hardy board… then tiled top and backsplash. My wife always helping me as she can along the way including all the interior painting… she staged it and sold it in 10 days… prior to this, it was listed for six months… Nice start and finish for everyone.
