A great day on the green! ⛳️

On August 1, more than 90 of our Oregon employees hit the course at Eastmoreland Golf Course in Portland for our annual employee golf tournament. From friendly competition to plenty of laughs, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of the jobsite.

A special thank you to Todd Silveira from Piping Technology & Products, Steven Ennis from Win Supply, and Brad Hensley from Boyter Brothers for donating prizes for our raffle. We appreciate your support in making the day even more fun!

Hot weather can take a serious toll on the jobsite, but heat-related illnesses are preventable.

As temperatures rise, remember the basics:
💧 Drink water regularly (don't wait until you're thirsty)
🌳 Take breaks in the shade or cooling areas
🧴 Wear sunscreen and protect yourself from UV exposure
👀 Watch for signs of heat illness in yourself and your coworkers
🚨 Report symptoms immediately and never ignore the warning signs

This summer, keep it simple: Water. Rest. Shade. Awareness.

Looking out for yourself means looking out for your team. Stay hydrated, stay alert, and stay safe.

Behind every Harder project is a team making sure our field crews have the tools and equipment they need to hit the ground running.

Our Milwaukie Warehouse Team keeps operations moving by coordinating tool and equipment deliveries, preparing gang boxes, managing inventory, and turning around equipment for the next project. Their work may happen behind the scenes, but it's essential to every successful jobsite.

As our Warehouse Manager puts it, "We're always looking at what's demobilizing and what's ramping up. It's about staying ahead of the next project."
