In April of 2000, Joseph F. For the first seven years of our business Old Port Specialty Tile was operated out of the E. at Portland’s waterfront.

Maine’s premiere tile showroom—curated collections, inspired design, and a dedicated team ready to bring your vision to life with creativity, craftsmanship, and care. Capozza opened Old Port Specialty Tile Co., a division of Capozza Tile Co., with the purpose of bringing a unique collection of specialty tile offerings that include artisan quality ceramics, opulent glass mosaics and an unparalleled

variety of natural stone tiles. Swasey & Crockery Building on Commercial St. In December of 2007 we moved to our current location at 59 Middle St., remaining in the Old Port District. This move allowed us to double our showroom size and display even more of the beautiful products our clients have come to know and love.

Beginning May 26th, our Old Port showroom will be transitioning to weekday hours - Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with Saturdays by appointment only.

This shift allows us to offer a more personalized, one-on-one approach—ensuring each visit is thoughtfully prepared, fully supported, and tailored to your project from start to finish.

Weekday appointments can be scheduled through the Calendly link in our bio. For Saturday visits, please contact our office directly to arrange a dedicated appointment in advance.
