Evergreen Renovations & Roofing

Still celebrating this one.

Last week, Evergreen took home two Oregon Home Structure + Style Awards, and our award-winning Beaverton remodel also landed on the cover of the Fall/Winter issue of Oregon Home.

The Beaverton project won Best in Remodel for Major Home Remodel, and our Scappoose primary bathroom won Best in Remodel for Bathroom Remodel.

We also want to give a shoutout to the talented people who helped make that cover image happen: photographer Jillian Lancaster of 22 Pages Photography, Root of Joy for the lovely floral arrangement, and Lily and Cane for those gorgeous velvet chairs.

Pretty fun to see a project we put so much into looking back at us from the newsstand.

This before and after tells quite the story.

For this Scappoose home, the original bathroom was replaced with an entirely new primary bath addition, creating the space to rethink everything from the layout to the finishes.

The result is a brighter, more spacious bathroom designed around the homeowners and the way they wanted to live.

Notice what’s missing from this shower? A glass door.

The dual walk-in shower was designed with a subtle peak at the center of the floor, allowing each side to slope toward its own linear drain. That keeps the water contained behind the partition walls without enclosing the shower in glass.

A small design decision that makes a big difference in how the whole space looks and feels.

Check out this unbelieveable transformation! We helped the owners of this Beaverton home create the perfect family gathering space by opening up a narrow galley kitchen, resituating the dining room, and creating an even greater great room.
