Rainy season is creeping back into the Portland area, and that is when plumbing trouble loves to show up. 🌲

Colder mornings and heavier rain put extra strain on water heaters, drains, and older pipes around Lake Oswego and Milwaukie. Tree roots push deeper into damp soil this time of year, which can mean sewer line intrusions and slow drains if your lines have weak spots. A quick check now can save you from an emergency plumber call on a cold, wet night.

Ever wondered what's actually going on under your kitchen sink? 🔧

That curved pipe down there, called a P-trap, does more than just drain water. It holds a small amount of water that blocks sewer gases from coming up into your kitchen, and it's also the spot where most clogs and slow drains begin. Fall is a busy cooking season for many Portland area homes, and with more meals, grease, and scraps going down the drain, buildup can sneak up fast. A little attention now can prevent a messy backup later.

✔ Drain cleaning to clear stubborn kitchen clogs
✔ Plumbing repair for leaks under sinks and cabinets
✔ Fixture and faucet replacements during updates
✔ Emergency plumber help when a leak can't wait

If your sink is draining slowly, smells off, or you spot moisture inside the cabinet, it's worth having a licensed plumber take a look before a small drip turns into water damage. Our team provides honest plumbing service with clear communication from start to finish, and we can also handle bigger jobs like water heater repair or repiping if your home needs it.

Notice a slow drain or drip under your sink? Give Wild Pine Plumbing a call or book online and we'll get it taken care of.

Remodel season is in full swing, and the rough-in stage is where great plumbing really begins.

Before the drywall goes up and the finishes go on, every pipe has to be placed, secured, and tested. This in-progress project shows what quality plumbing service looks like behind the scenes: clean lines, proper support, and work done to code so it performs for decades. Whether you are updating a bathroom, remodeling a kitchen, or adding fixtures to an older home around Milwaukie, our plumber team handles the whole scope, from repiping and plumbing repair to drain cleaning and water heater installation once the space is ready.

Fall is a popular time for renovation projects, and getting a licensed plumber involved early keeps your timeline on track and avoids costly surprises after the walls close up. We work cleanly, communicate clearly, and coordinate with your other trades so nothing gets missed.

Planning a remodel this season? Reach out to Wild Pine Plumbing to talk through your project and get on the schedule.

Good plumbing work happens underground, long before you ever see a finished yard.

This week our crew wrapped up an outdoor line installation, and it's a good reminder of what quality plumbing service looks like from the ground up. Whether we're running new lines, repairing buried pipes, or upgrading aging systems common in older homes around Portland, every connection gets done to code and built to last.

✔ Repiping and plumbing repair for aging systems
✔ Drain cleaning and sewer line inspections
✔ Leak detection with advanced diagnostic tools
✔ Water heater repair and water heater installation
✔ An emergency plumber when buried lines fail without warning

Fall is a smart time to handle outdoor plumbing projects before the ground gets saturated with winter rain. Tree roots, shifting soil, and older galvanized pipes are all common culprits around the Portland area, and catching problems early saves a lot of money and mess later.

Our licensed, bonded, and insured plumbers provide upfront pricing and honest recommendations on every job, big or small.

Need help with a pipe repair or new line installation? Contact Wild Pine Plumbing to schedule your service today.

Open walls tell the truth about your plumbing.

When we get into a wall for a plumbing repair, we often find more than the original problem: corroded fittings, loose connections, or supply lines that were installed decades ago and are ready to fail. That's why our plumber team takes the time to inspect everything we can reach, not just the spot that made you call.

✔ Repiping and plumbing repair for aging systems
✔ Leak detection before small drips become big damage
✔ Drain cleaning and fixture replacements
✔ Water heater repair and water heater installation
✔ An emergency plumber when a pipe lets go at the worst time

Early fall is a smart time to tackle these projects around Lake Oswego, since it's easier to schedule work before winter weather puts extra stress on your plumbing. Whether it's a remodel in progress or a repair that's already opened up the drywall, our licensed plumbers make sure everything behind the wall is solid and up to code.

Have a project or repair on your list? Contact Wild Pine Plumbing to schedule your plumbing service and get it done right.
