Just another day keeping floating homes floating. 🤿🫡

850 lbs of flotation at a time - tender keeps ’em coming, diver gets ’em where they need to go. 💪🏼

Not the easiest work on the river… but somebody’s gotta do it. 🌊

Need flotation added or your float leveled? Give us a call.

🏠🔥 A BRAND-NEW METAL ROOF - BUILT FOR LIFE ON THE RIVER.

Another floating home just got a serious upgrade with a brand-new metal roofing system installed by Even Construction Inc. 🌊

We’re looking to put more metal roofs on floating homes throughout the river community!

Metal roofing is an excellent option for floating homes - clean appearance, long-lasting durability, and dependable protection against the Pacific Northwest weather. 🌧️☀️

If your floating home roof is aging, leaking, or simply ready for an upgrade, now is the time to get ahead of it.

Breaking ground (water) on something special 🔥

We’re kicking off a brand new custom boathouse float build, designed as an ADU-style extension to a floating home we built for these clients nearly 10 years ago.

Full circle moment.

• Slabbed Doug Fir logs 🌲
• 12” steel stringers for a rock-solid foundation ⚙️
• Built to last. Built the right way.

This is where it all starts… before the house, before the finishes, this is the foundation that everything depends on.

This is the fun part of floating home construction 💪

Follow along as we bring this one to life.
