There’s something so beautiful about creating a welcoming entrance to a home. A little flagstone path, layers of color throughout the seasons, and warm path lighting to bring it all to life in the evening.
Even the rose bush is settling in after being transplanted and, once it comes out of its transplant shock, it will add another beautiful layer of color to this space. Eventually, a little bench tucked into the garden will make this entrance feel even more complete.
Sometimes it just takes a little time for a garden to settle in and show you what it’s going to become.

Despite the inclement weather in Portland today, I seized the opportunity to visit a rare gem in our city. As I reflect on nearly a year since discovering Portland Garden Decor, I remain impressed by its unparalleled offerings of special concrete pots, fountains, birdbaths, and statuary.

I had such a wonderful time at the home and garden show! 🏡 It was so informative and fun! 😊 I was thrilled to have the opportunity to bring my client and good friend Cathy along. We discovered some incredible home remodeling ideas and even got to connect with amazing landscaping companies like Valley Scapes in Damascus, Oregon! 🌳 As a passionate gardener, I was truly impressed by their setups and the beautiful attention to detail. If I do say myself this is a Portland home you can enjoy day and night! It had professionally installed landscape lighting and now with the dry river rock bed gone, it not only provides new homes for more flowering and evergreen plants but also leads to less maintenance in the future!
