When I was a young kid I used to spend just about every day at the Dragoon household with my besties Lindsay Dragoon and Stepha Dragoon. Hopi was one of their many friends that would come over to hang out. I was working on a project in NE Portland when I came outside to Drew Anderson (Gerryn Energy employee) talking to a person walking their dog. He often talks to anybody around while we are working letting them know to call Gerry Energy for any of their electrical needs. This time it just randomly happened to be a person I knew from way back. It is such a small world and it was so cool to catch up for a moment. I love how this company has not only brought me so many new connections, but also brought back so many old ones. You never know who is right by you unless you take a moment to just say hi!

Gerryn is a strong individual. No wonder I named my company after him. He took a risk on his scooter at the skatepark that didn't turn out so well. He ended up with 4 broken toes. Then to make things even more awesome, he had the doctor set one toe (only one) back in place without numbing it because he wanted to hurry up and get it over with. This kid always amazes me with the things he does. Just wanted to give everyone a Gerryn update.

Feeder repair! This was at a manufactured home where one phase was getting no power so half of there home was getting no power. After some troubleshooting we were able to find that the problem was with the conductors that were direct buried from the pedestal to the house. After trenching a new cable to the crawl, we bypassed the portion of the feeder that was compromised. Power was restored to normal operation! Yay, Gerryn Energy!

Today a motorcyclist pulled up next to me at a stop light and knocked on my window. At first I thought I left my back door open or something. I was wrond about that. He then asked me for a business card and said he follows me on Instagram and loves seeing my yellow truck. Instant smile for me today! My wife Jessica Jones was on the phone as a witness too! I should work on Saturdays more often.
