Nearly 2 million square feet under roof. Four phases. One major manufacturing facility.

The James Hardie production facility in Prattville, Alabama, is a project that shows the scale of what can be accomplished through long-term coordination and ex*****on.

Completed across four phases, with the final phase finished in 2024, the manufacturing complex now includes nearly 2 million square feet under roof.

Dunn Building Company self-performed the pre-engineered metal building and concrete work, while the Ascent Buildings team supported the project across design assistance, pre-engineering, layout, project management, and jobsite supervision.

Project Spotlight: Auburn Soccer Complex | Auburn, AL

Award-winning quality on display at the Auburn Soccer Complex!

This project was recognized as the 2024 Superior Quality Award winner by Ascent Buildings.
