RoseVilla Senior Living is expanding with three ambitious development projects, and we're thrilled to be part of the team behind one of them.

We're design-building the 2.5-acre Mahonia EcoHomes neighborhood. The project includes 12 homes, The Sanctuary at Mahonia wellness center, and the surrounding landscape.

The entire site is pursuing full Living Building Challenge certification, the world's most rigorous green building standard. Together, we built the first zero energy community for Portland's senior housing market in 2019. We're excited to collaborate on this latest and most innovative project to date!

Tomorrow is Solar Oregon's annual Go Zero Home Tour!

The in-person tour is just one afternoon, but you can also explore the virtual tour to see a variety of sustainable homes no matter where you are. We're proud to include two projects in this year's virtual tour.

The first: a zero energy custom home at Stoneboat Farm. See how thoughtful design, efficiency and renewable energy come together to create a comfortable, healthy home for the farm's co-owner, Jesse Nichols.

Catch Green Hammer co-director of design, Laura Squillace, host short talks by local sustainability pioneers on Oct. 7, or join a live podcast recording with her as a panelist on Oct. 8.

After 20 years with Green Hammer, we all thought Michael was irreplaceable. But is he? 🤔 His mini-me is doing a pretty great job holding down the fort while he’s on vacation.

You still have to use PTO, though, Michael!
