Trying to figure out what idiot would put 3/4 plywood down over concrete to nail down 3/4 pre finished hardwood then glue down 1/2” engineered flooring ? Tenants flooded adjacent bathroom so everything swelled. Had a 3” hump in middle of floor.

Need someone to mow a small yard and haul off items in picture. Mower deck has to be 52” or less. About 15 min mowing job on a walk behind or zero turn. The house is in Old Hickory Tn. Need done ASAP.

Haven’t posted in a long time, with being down with neck surgery and mostly just doing quick rehabs for some time, this is probably the biggest house I’ve done alone. 3200 sq ft and rents for $3275/mo. lol.
