From worn out to built to last.

This old patio cover had reached the end of its life. It was deteriorating and had been installed improperly beneath the roof eaves, which could lead to long-term issues.

We removed the existing structure and fabricated a new welded steel patio cover using structural steel I-beams. We also created a proper roof transition to integrate the new cover with the existing roof the right way.

Another quality project completed by Cornerstone Construction.
