This October marks our first Employee Ownership Month as an employee-owned company, and that's a milestone worth celebrating.

Our teams across departments have always taken ownership of their work. You see it in the way they approach a challenging installation, work through problems in the field and look out for the people working alongside them.

With the launch of our ESOP, that sense of ownership now extends to the company we're building together. Our employees have a stake in Pro's future and an opportunity to share in the success they help create.

We're proud of the work our Pros do every day, and we're looking forward to what we'll accomplish together as an employee-owned company.

We spend a lot of time in manufacturing facilities, and we know how much work goes into keeping them running.

This Manufacturing Day, we're recognizing the manufacturers we work alongside and the people responsible for keeping their operations moving every day.

Whether our Pros are executing a major equipment installation, supporting ongoing maintenance or helping a facility find the skilled people it needs, we're proud to play a part in the work that keeps manufacturing moving forward.

Our Safety Team took a well-deserved break from keeping everyone safe to play some mini-golf. 🔧⛳

Today marked PRO’s very first Day of Service blood drive, and the energy was unmatched. We set a goal for 22 pints and walked away with 28—meaning up to 84 lives could be impacted by today's efforts! From the donors who braved the needles, to our Shop Team for the setup, to our special chefs (our Exec Team) for keeping everyone fueled with early morning breakfast—this was teamwork at its finest.

When PRO comes together, big things happen! ❤️🩸🔧
