This is going to be a shower you won't want to leave. 🚿💨

We're roughing in the plumbing for this custom shower featuring a steam unit. There's a lot happening behind the walls to create the ultimate spa-like experience.

The tile and fixtures get all the attention, but the rough plumbing is what makes it all work. We're laying the groundwork now for a shower that's going to be as impressive to use as it is to look at.

The rough plumbing is complete and ready for inspection. Once we get the green light, this project can move on to the fun stuff—the finishes that bring the whole space to life.

A lot of work happens behind the walls before a beautiful bathroom comes together!

Grease may go down as a liquid, but it never stays that way. 🤢

This drain was running slow, and one look inside told the story. Grease, oils, and buildup coated the inside of the pipe, restricting flow and creating the perfect recipe for clogs.

A good reminder: Never pour grease down your sink drain. Even if it's hot and liquid, it cools, hardens, and sticks to the pipe walls—collecting more debris over time until you're left with a slow drain or a complete blockage.

✅ Let grease cool
✅ Dispose of it in the trash
✅ Keep your drains flowing freely

This pipe is a great example of why that extra step is worth it!

New homes. New neighbors. Lots of plumbing. 🔧🏠

We've been busy at the new ADC - Ansay Development Corporation homes in Saukville, getting the plumbing installed and ready for the next phases of construction.

Zach has been leading on these jobs, and things are moving right along. Nice work by the entire crew!
