New custom home coming to Rivella!

Our wonderful clients bought land in Port St. Lucie’s Rivella Community and asked us to build their dream home.

We took our Catania plan and made it theirs, with a side-load courtyard garage, a tile roof for the HOA, a rear den/office with a half bath, bigger bedrooms, and a reworked owner’s bath.

We’re in permitting now, so more updates are coming soon!

DELIVERED 🏡

One of our favorite things about building custom is seeing how a family takes a floor plan and makes it truly their own.

For this Buttonwood, they reworked the original 4-bedroom layout into a 3-bedroom home to create space for a full-size pool table in the great room — giving them oversized bedrooms and even more room to live, gather, and entertain.

They also added thoughtful customizations throughout the home, including:

• Extended concrete driveway
• Screened-in back porch
• Second sink in the ensuite bathroom
• Reworked laundry and pantry closets to create a larger walk-in pantry
• And, of course, plenty of space for the pool table!

Every home we build is an opportunity to make the space work better for the people living in it. This Buttonwood is a great example of that.
