• 100% Virgin PVC: Unlike recycled vinyl, virgin PVC contains chemical modifiers and UV inhibitors that prevent yellowing, cracking, and brittleness from intense sun and weather exposure.
• 8-Foot Height: Provides complete visual and acoustic seclusion, though 8-foot structures often require checking local zoning rules, wind-load engineering, or HOA guidelines.
• Stainless Steel Hardware: Prevents rust, corrosion, and gate sag over years of heavy daily use.
• Heavy-Duty Concrete Footers: Deep, concrete-set posts anchor the system against high winds and shifting soil.
• Walkgate Integration: Heavy-duty reinforcement inside the gate posts ensures smooth operation without sagging and backed with 5 year installation warranty and lifetime on PVC.
