Start to finish new 4" channel drain.

We removed the pavers, prepped the ground, poured a concrete base, installed the new channel drain, and reinstalled the pavers. Looks like it was done at the same time.

Cleaned the area and left the home owner worry free. She can now also clean the drain with the removable grates with a simple rinse with the hose.

The guys are out in Watersedge community in New Port Richey installing a new 4 inch channel drain in this homeowners back patio. They had the pavers installed and they push the water towards their lanai flooding it.

We are taking the water out to the back of their property to a 9x9 distribution box, not just a small pop up most companies use that get stuck and don't open over time causing more issues later on.

We catch water and move it professionally away from your home.

We are also installing some gutters in the front of their home to stop the washout and stair step cracking happening.

Finished up this Basalt stone fountain for a returning client. Lit up with accent lighting and a reservoir in the ground to pump water through each stone.

We added new river rock to his landscaping bed to add the finishing touch.

The subtle sounds of water is so relaxing at times.

They can also leave you having nightmares if your gutters are clogged 😆

Questions to ask when you are getting a gutter estimate:

1. Are you licensed and Insured, and can you provide a copy for me?

2. Will you provide a written estimate with a diagram to provide to my HOA?

3. What colors do you offer?

4. Do you hand cut your miters, or use premade box miters or strip miters?

5. Do you use rivets instead of screws?

6. Do you use outlets for your downspout to gutter connections?

7. If you find rotten wood, will you quote the repair or do I have to call another company for wood repairs?

8. Do you use splash blocks or do you let the downspout just drain on the ground next to the home?

9. How far apart do you space your hangers?

10. How often do I need to maintenance my gutters?

11. Do you provide leaf guards to help maintain my gutters and allow them to flow efficiently?

12. What type of warranty do you provide?

The average home owner should have a lot of questions when receiving an estimate to fully understand what that company is providing.

From the hand cut miters, all rivets, no rusty screws, outlets for each downspout, and concrete splash blocks under each spout makes all the difference!

He wanted as much water diverted to the front and back. We moved downspouts to allow the most efficient flow to prevent standing water on the sides of his home.

The correct leaf guards, installed properly, can provide the best protection for your gutter system.
