We’ve never had so many calls to fix termites damage as we have in the last two months. We’ve become experts in eradicating the problem and removing/replacing the damaged material. Here’s another happy customer that gets to use their deck again - once the railing goes back up!

It’s finally coming together. After several design updates and permit delays were in the final stretch of this renovation. Kudos to the architect Jenny Li for coming up with this cool ceiling detail. It really changes the entire house and makes it feel bigger.

These 8’ ceilings feel a lot taller now just by closing in the top of the rafters vs hanging drywall under the rafters.

We’re kicking off the McCormick Woods deck and patio cover extension. We’re going to turn this 210sft covered space into 600sft of new Deckorators® deck and covered space! 🤯

Came across an infestation that will require us to replace this main beam all together, vs modifying it but this happens with these types of projects.

We’re adding yet another deck beam replacement project to our scope this year bringing the total to 5! These termites/carpenter bees are creating more damage than we’ve seen before and are keeping our crews busy.

Stay tuned and follow along as we turn this covered patio into a beautiful new space.
