Pad n Loc Self Storage Located on State Highway 3 between Belfair and Bremerton National Airport, Pad n Loc Self Storage pr Pad n Loc was purchased in 2003 (on Valentines Day).

It had been in operation for about three years. Bill was the original manager - and he has continued on with us. It is a family run business, with everyone filling in where needed. Greg takes care of the electrical end and Steve takes care of the general maintenance. Kathy and Ruth fill in on the office - bookkeeping side of the operation. In about 2007, we expanded the facility to include Fair H

arbor Boat and RV Storage. This facility is located near Grapeview and is very close to the public boat launch. It has it's own manager, Ron Grey (The Captain} with the Pad n Loc office handling the bookkeeping. Over all it has been a very interesting time and we enjoy working with our tenants.
