Now Hiring: Lawn & Landscape Crew Leader
Aside From The Rest Lawn & Landscape is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader to join our team serving Port Orange and the surrounding areas.
If you take pride in your work, lead by example, and know how to keep a crew productive while delivering top-quality results, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a lawn and landscape crew
* Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment
* Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Train and motivate crew members
* Communicate professionally with customers when needed
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
* Experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping
* Previous crew leader or supervisory experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license (clean driving record is a plus)
* Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
* Able to work outdoors in Florida weather
