📣 NOW HIRING: ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Signature Group is seeking an organized, analytical Accounting Specialist to manage billing, collections, reconciliations, and customer accounts in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting; 5+ years preferred
✅ QuickBooks Desktop experience required
✅ Experience with project-based, contract, and time and materials (T&M) billing
✅ Strong collections and account reconciliation skills, including resolving billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer inquiries
✅ Experience with customer billing portals such as Ariba, Track, or similar systems preferred
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✅ Industrial construction industry experience preferred
Compensation and Schedule:
💰 $21–$24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
📅 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off
