Another project in the books! We recently stepped in to help a customer whose kitchen walls were ruined by leaking windows. They had another company handle the window installation, but that company wouldn't do any of the interior finish work, so they called us up for an estimate. We tore out the water-damaged walls, replaced the drywall, and got everything mudded and sanded down completely smooth so it's ready for primer. To finish it off, we installed brand new jambs, trim, and stools around all the windows, and even extended their door frame out so we could wrap that in matching trim as well.We completely forgot to grab a photo after everything was cleaned up and finished, but the homeowners were exceptionally happy with how it turned out! We would love to do the same for your home. From small repairs to full room flips, any project big or small, we do them all here at CJ Property Solutions LLC. We are fully licensed and insured, so drop us a message today to get your estimate started!

Customer needed a shelf that was higher than his new zeroturn mower front and wanted to have room still for blades and random things on it. So we built him a very secure shelf and notched 2x3s to make a decent size lip so things dont fall off.

Even gave it a finishing touch with some vinyl planks on top for a sharp finish🤣 any job you need done we can get you taken care of thanks for giving us a look!

We've successfully completed this gorgeous porch for a very pleased customer, having removed the old porch due to significant rot underneath that made it hazardous. The final product exceeded our expectations. And once the wood ages to a proper time we will be back to paint it in their preferred color or stain! If you require assistance with repairs, replacements, or other services, our knowledge and experience are here to help. Contact us to schedule a visit for your project needs. We offer a plethora of services.

We would also like to shout out Elliott Disposal who supplied us with a 20 yard dumpster with the best price in town hands down, and believe me i called around😆 we could find, and same day delivery, we recommend if you need a dumpster choose this flourishing company over the big guys! They have multiple sizes and you will definitely not regret it! Added his business card to the post!

A customer contacted us regarding a fence issue, where a section was severely rotted and unstable. Upon inspection, we discovered that most of the post were rotted completely and that there were three fences worth of footings. We removed the old fence and post, and had to excavate the footings of all three previous fences, my son helped dig out the old footings and dig the new post holes he did such a great job!🖤😊 we then installed new fence and allowed a month for the treated wood to dry and acclimate before painting it to match the original color. Then added some dirt in low spots and put fresh grass seed down to make sure their lawn was healthy and with out dirt spots. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the results. We'd be delighted to assist you with your projects; please don't hesitate to contact us for a quote.

The customer informed us about a pinhole leak in their solder connection, probably resulting from improper flux application that had managed to hold up for a long time but eventually gave way. We attended to the issue promptly, shutting off the water, separating the pipe, sanding both fittings until they were smooth and shiny, and applying the correct amount of flux to ensure a successful repair. Should you or anyone you know need help with a similar issue, please contact us for a detailed estimate. We appreciate your business and wish you a great day!
