Testimonial Tuesday

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Building a home can be overwhelming, but working with Jim Benson Homes (formerly Benham Contracting) was an incredible experience from start to finish.
Jim is as honest and reliable as they come. Throughout the entire build, he kept us in the loop with frequent updates and photos, so we always knew exactly what was happening. Even better, he stuck to his timeline—we were able to move in on the exact date he originally promised!
A special shoutout to Debra, their designer, who completely took the stress out of the selection process. She was fantastic at guiding us toward the perfect styles for our home.
If you want a build process that is smooth, honest, and on time, I can't recommend Jim Benson Homes enough to everyone!

Nothing like a Monday morning sunrise at Stephen & Jennifer’s place! Loving how this project is setting up on the double lot and the slight floor plan changes are working out great!
